Iluma outlet's rental contract is coming to an end at the end of this mth. Now that CapitaMall will be taking over Iluma, we are seriously considering staying on. We've no faith in Iluma's mgmt but have the faith that if CapitaMall take over they will be able to transform Iluma to sthg better than now. What's more if we've a shop in 1 of the CapitaMall's shopping malls, it will much easier for us to get a shop in other CapitaMall malls in future. But if we were stay on in Iluma, then we'll have to forego our plan to open a shop in Bugis Street. The plan of doing canvas shoes is still on even if we stay on in Iluma. If we open a shop in Bugis Street, will need to spend $$$ on renovation again. If we stay on in Iluma, there's no need for any renovation. Would just need to transform the shop a little to sell mainly canvas shoes, bags and some clothes there. Bugis Street or Bugis Iluma? Hmmm....can't seem to decide....
