Wah liao eh! I give up on 16 17 years old girls/boys as staffs. They come as and when they want. When they don't wanna come, they call in sick. Or even worse, they don't even bother to inform when they are not coming in. Come 1 2 days then don't come the next 1 2 days. Somemore they say they wanna work full time. This can't even be called full time? It sounds more like part time. Don't know their "sick" is true or just an excuse. Even bosses of other shop say the same thing. They told us they experienced the same thing before. Now I understand why other shops specify a minimum age (at least 18 years) when they look for staffs. Those younger ones aren't mature enough to work. They seems as if they just come to play play not seriously come to work. Haiz! Give up on them! We no longer have any 16 17 years old staffs (except 1. he's the most responsible out of the lot after all we know his mum & brother). Another staff have came back to work after leaving for 1 month plus.

Today's sales is the best of all since the start of San Street. Feels so shiok. Been standing for more than 6 hours today. Now my legs are v. suan. 1 of my staff even had leg cramps just now. Can you image how busy we were just now? And we actually had 3 people working in far east today. The crowd only started at 3++ pm.
